Christian Education: The Christian education helps develop and administers the church’s overall plan for Christian education, recognizes the Christian educational needs of all age groups in the church, and coordinates a comprehensive plan for Christian education.

Congregational Care and Fellowship: The congregational care and fellowship provides opportunities for developing social as well as spiritual relationships among members. This ministry also promotes the formation of small groups within the church membership.

Communication: he communication ministry seeks to share the story of Christ’s love and salvation with the community we serve. It publicizes our ministry in the community and represents the church at community events.
Evangelism and Communications: Evangelism and communications promote the evangelical outreach for the church and provide opportunities for members to increase their own desire and ability to be evangelic about their faith. The ministry serves as the resource body for advice and guidance in all aspects of communications and publicity for the church – audio, visual, photographic, written, graphic display, etc. This ministry assists any group within the church with a need and/or desire to publicize programs and activities.

Finance: Finance ministry assures that adequate financial resources are available to enable the church to fulfill its mission and approved programs. In addition, this ministry administers the financial resources of the church and reports on the financial status and interprets financial procedures to ministry teams that have budgets as well as to members of the church.
- Stewardship: Throughout the year, the stewardship ministry encourages the congregation to be generous in its response to God’s goodness. It encourages weekly worship of God and daily prayer for the ministry of the church. It encourages all members to share their time and talents to strengthen the ministry of the church. It also promotes generous financial giving among the members in support of Christ’s ministry at Faith.
Nominating: The nominating ministry team is responsible for recommending to the congregation council a slate of candidates to fill all of the elective offices in the church.
Property: The property ministry team helps foster and maintain an environment that is both safe and welcoming for all who wish to participate in spiritual growth within the building and grounds of the church facility.
Social Ministry: The social ministry team provides programs and services to those in need, and communicates those needs to the congregation so that they can be kept informed of these needs and encouraged to address them both individually and collectively.

Staff/Parish Relations: The staff/parish relations ministry team is responsible for all personnel matters for both the professional and lay staff of the church. This ministry team assures that position descriptions are current, objectives are established, and performance is evaluated.

Worship and Music: The worship and music ministry team helps the congregation become aware of the meaning and practice of worship and to assist the pastor in planning and conducting the worship services, including music and the other arts that may be conducive to worship.
